As an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, all of our employee-owners successfully pass background and substance abuse checks. In addition, I-9 verifications, branded uniforms, photo ID’s and training from direct supervisors are provided to each and every Janitorial Inc. employee. In this way, whether they’re performed services during or after hours, you can be assured that only safe and responsible employees are properly handling the cleaning duties at your place of business.
It has always been Janitorial Inc.’s belief that communication is the key to success, which is why we utilize multiple avenues to keep the channels of communication open between staff and clients at all times. These procedures include the assignment of a designated customer service representative to every client, as well as an on-site lead employee personally overseeing large site customers. In addition, each Janitorial Inc. account has open access to the General Manager, and we welcome (and value) our customers’ feedback in an effort to provide the very best service possible at all times.
